"I want!" Zophie screamed and hit her sister. Denver stared at the two and grabbed the candy from Ashleigh "Neither of you get it now. I don't want to hear another word or both of you will be in trouble. Ashleigh the bathroom is right over there. Now go." His mood was gone and nothing could make this better at this point "Hurry we have to get the luggage." Zophie screamed, the little Stasya Spawn coming out of her. "GIVE ME!" "Zophia stop!" Denver groaned. Two children having a meltdown was enough. Two children and a wife having a meltdown... Well that just meant he had to deal with two children by himself. He grabbed his phone and texted Stasya 'Girls fighting. A hand would be nice.'
Chey looked at Demetrius "It was nice while it lasted?" She shrugged. She held out her hand "Ash, come with me."
Austin nodded slowly and leaned against her "Thank you so much babe. I don't know what I would do without you." She grabbed her wife's hand and looked at it confused. "Where is your ring Destiny?" She looked around the car "Where is it?"

Ashleigh screamed when Zohpie hit her, then crying harder when Denver took the candy bar. She looked up at him, tears running down her cheek, then toward the bathroom. She reached out to grab Cheyenne's hand, running the sleeve of her jacket over her running nose as she continued to cry.
Standing in front of the mirror, staring down her reflection, Stasya tried to ignore the vibrate of her phone's text notification. She grit her teeth as her motherly instincts told her that it wasn't a good idea to ignore, and she gave in. The girls were fighting, that was a real surprise. She couldn't have five minute to cool off without him calling for help.
Demetrius nodded with a frown, starting to cover his ears since the screaming and crying of his sisters was too sharp and loud for him. He didn't like it, especially now that the two girls were attracting the stares of everyone passing by. Why were girls so complicated? He got along with them, even when they pulled his hair and screamed at him.
Destiny hugged her close with a smile. "Of course, baby." She looked down at her left hand and chewed on her lip. "I must've left it in the bathroom, after my shower." What the woman didn't want to admit was that she had lost one of the most precious possessions she had ever owned, the symbol of her commitment to the woman next to her.

"It'll be okay Ashy. Daddy's just stressed." Chey sighed and went to the bathroom with her "Oh... Hey Stasya. Zophie is screaming bloody murder." She looked at Ashleigh and handed her toilet paper "You'll ruin your jacket. Now use the bathroom. Maybe if you behave your dad will let you earn it back." She hated seeing her nieces and nephew upset. She tried her hardest to be the cool aunt.
Denver looked at Zophie and picked her up "You have until three to calm down. One." Zophie screamed and tried to get away "No daddy! Stop! Stop! Let go of me!" She didn't care who was staring at her. The unruly child was going to make sure she got her way. She didn't even know what the hell she wanted anymore. She just wanted it "You bein mean!"
Austin stared and nodded slowly "Okay babe..." She looked down at her belly "It's kicking! It is! Dezzy try to feel!" This was the first time she had actually felt the baby for longer than a second. They were going to find out the gender of the baby tonight. She couldn't wait. Today was going to be full of surprises right? She looked over at the time "We need to go."

Ashleigh walked in with her aunt and, as soon as she saw her mom, ran over and clung to her leg. She took the toilet paper and rubbed it over her nose. She looked up at her mom for a minute with the most sad and pathetic eyes anyone had ever seen, then walked into one of the stalls.
Stasya sighed and nodded, waving her phone a little, "Yeah, I heard." She eyed the door, realizing that was probably who she could hear screeching outside. Zophie definitely took after her mom, being so stubborn and difficult. She sighed again before walking out, figuring there was no better time than now to help her husband so security didn't overreact to the screaming child. "Zophie, stop crying, baby." She walked over and stroked the tear soaked cheek of her youngest. "What's wrong?"
Pure excitement immediately filled Destiny as she placed her hand over Austin's belly, feeling the baby. "Oh my god," she gasped, bright eyes to match her grin. She was so excited to have the pitter-patter of little feet around the house, to raise a child with the person she loved more than anything in the universe. The excitement died down a little and she nodded, "Then let's do it. It's gonna be okay." She smiled reassuringly at her.

Chey nodded and looked at Ashleigh "Go use the bathroom. She said and held out another candy bar. It was smaller than the last but still something. "Here."
Zophie's head whipped over as she heard Stasya "Mutti! Mutti!" She reached for her mother. She cried and hiccuped "Daddy taked it!" Denver handed Zophie to Stasya "Ashleigh got a candy bar. And Zophie threw a fit." He looked at his wife and looked down "Sorry for snapping at you. This is stressful for me too. I do want to talk to you later though."
Austin giggled and got out and then froze. The nerves suddenly came back "I can't do this. Denver won't know who I am. Or he'll think I'm faking."

Ashleigh unbuttoned the clasps on her overalls and let the fall to the floor before hoisting herself up on the toilet and relieving herself. When she was done, she flushed and washed her hands, wiping the tears away and smiling when her aunt handed her a new candy bar. "Is daddy mad at me?" she sniffled, frowning and looking at the candy bar for a moment before looking at Cheyenne sadly.
Taking Zophie, she half smiled when she hiccuped. "What did daddy take?" She looked over when Denver explained and she shook her head. "Bad girls don't get candy. What did daddy and I tell you and Ashy about being good on this trip?" She looked back at Denver, forcing herself not to sigh. She wasn't happy about the situation, but she had seen it coming. "I know, I'm sorry. That's fine."
Destiny quickly rushed over to Austin's sighed, holding her hand. "You can do it, babe. You don't know that, I'm sure he'll remember you just like you remember him. Everything will be fine." She brushed her wife's hair behind her ear and looked at her sympathetically. She hated seeing her like this, it hurt her and made her feel so useless. "What can I do?"

"Maybe a little. But I think it'll make him happy if you go apologize." Cheyenne told her, crouching down to her level. "I think he wants you to be a good example for Zophie, and you're big enough to do that right? I think you are." She held out her hand "Lets go see what we can do to help. I think mommy and daddy would appreciate it." She smiled and hugged her niece "I love you Ashy."
"I want it!" Zophie hiccuped more and shivered "Mama I want! I good!" She argued and screamed again. She wanted the candy now! "Give me!" She begged. Her face was now red with splotches and snot dribbled down her nose. "give me!" She screamed and hit Stasya. Why would nobody listen to her?
"I don't know... Be my amazingly goofy wife?" Austin asked and leaned against Destiny. "Thank you Destiny." She didn't know what she would do without this woman. She got so lucky to find her when she did. "let's go. I can do this!" She grabbed her wife's hand and quickly went inside, looking for the gate the family would be coming out of.

Ashleigh sniffled and looked at her aunt, nodding slowly. She didn't want her dad to be mad at her, but being good and not fight with Zophie was so hard. She sighed and nodded, deciding that she would give her mommy and daddy a big hug and say she was sorry and she would try her very best to not fight with Zophie and to be a good girl. "I love you auntie Chey!" She hugged her back and held her hand.
It took everything in Stasya not to snarl at the child in her arms after being hit. It was still a trigger for her and, though she had gotten better with it after three kids, it still made extremely angry. She shook her head and grit her teeth, putting Zophie down and taking her hand. "Good girls don't throw tantrums, you can have the candy when you be a good girl." She looked at Demetrius as he watched his sister's fit, hands over his ears. He hadn't been so fussy, and she figured being calmer and patient came from his dad's side of the family. That made her frown deeply and she cast a glance at Denver, knowing they had to tell the boy the truth sooner than later.
Destiny grinned widely, her eyes squinting, "That I can do!" She smiled and rested her head against Austin's, glad to be here with her to help her through such a stressful time. "That's the spirit!" She walked along beside her into the airport to meet with the family she had saved so long ago.

Cheyenne smiled and walked out with the child. She was so innocent and sweet; most of the time. The times she wasn't Cheyenne really tried to make things work out. She walked out of the bathroom and glanced over at Denver and Stasya trying to deal with Zophie. The child was a pain. That was for sure. She waved for Demetrius to come by her and give Denver and Stasya space.
Zophie wanted to hear nothing about it. She just screamed louder and louder. Denver looked at her and then knelt down, whispering something in her ear. Zophie jumped and whined "No daddy! No! I sorry! I sorry!" "Then stop." Denver told her, trying his hardest not to smirk because of her quick mood change. Luckily she wasn't fully like Stasya and threats can get through to the child. She whined and sat on the ground and cried. The tantrum was done, but she was still upset.
Austin walked inside and looked around "They're coming in from Washington D.C." She told her and looked for the luggage claim that would be spewing out luggage soon. When it started coming out, Denver was nowhere to be seen "Should we grab their luggage?" She smirked and went up to the conveyor belt looking at all the tags that had their last name.

Ashleigh smiled at her aunt. She didn't want to be difficult so she would try hard to make things easy on her mom and dad... until Zophoe made her mad, at least. and she'd still try to be good so her mommy and daddy wouldn't be mad at her.
Demetrius noticed Cheyenne's gesture when she came out of the bathroom and, with his hands still over his ears to muffle his baby sister's screaming, he walked over. He didn't like when Zophie of Ashleigh threw tantrums, it was too loud on his sensitive ears.
Stasya sighed in relief when her tantrum started to change, showing that the storm was just about over. She looked at Denver curiously, wondering what he had said to the child to make her change her mind about the candy he had taken away.
Destiny followed her wife with a smile. "It would probably be helpful, I'm sure they'd appreciate it," she said, looking over the name tags on the luggage and picking up a couple of the suitcases.

Cheyanne looked at Demetrius and smiled "It's almost over." She hugged him and smiled "Thank you for being so quiet and helpful." She looked at Ashleigh "You ready to see what's here? I think you'll have fun." She then grabbed a ponytail and pulled back Ashleigh's hair "Your hair is a mess girly." She smiled and hugged her tight.
Denver picked up Zophie and sighed "Lets go." He started walking to the baggage claim, annoyed with his youngest daughter and his wife. He was ready to get out of here. The thoughts of homemade gumbo and crawfish bisque popped into his head and he gave a small content smile. He looked at Stasya "Babe, I don't see our stuff..." He was looking around the terminal that held 16 isles of conveor belts that rotated luggage, each coming from a different city. "What's our ticket number?" He was getting worried, maybe a little too quickly. He didn't see the two ladies with their luggage.
"Excuse me sir. I think we have your luggage." Austin called waiving her hand "They did last calls and we were being kind." Denver looked over with a suspicious look. Great people already trying to steel their crap. "The officers would have taken it." He muttered and went to her, yet before he got to her he froze. This was a game. It had to be. "Hi Denny." "Austin..." Denver wrapped his arms around his big sister "This is real right? I'm not hugging a freak that happens to look like my sister?" "It's me." Austin rubbed his back and closed her eyes. The last time she saw him he was a bawling 11 year old boy. Now he was 26 with three children of his own.
