Kid gasped and mocked a sob.

Tom chuckled and sighed. "Good news... Stasya should be back to her bitchy self tomorrow. Can't wait," he muttered sarcastically.
Bill looked at his hands. "I'm actually kinda glad she's back. It was weird only having half the trouble and stuff around her." He shrugged, still not looking up.
