Daddy, what'd you leave behind for me?
Four people teenagers, all of which saw their father leave to go overseas on some sort of "business" while they were very young. Their father's were gone for a very long time and the teenagers slowly began to forget their fathers. Just a memory, a snapshot in the family album. But did he leave anything else behind for his children? Yes: clues. This wasn't just business, this was a dangerous and sure to be fatal mission given to them by an anonymous man. Now that the kids are teenagers, they have discovered the clues and met the others that have noticed the same things. They begin noticing other things that seem to fall in line with the clues that their father's left behind for them that go along with the anonymous man's mission. Schools are brainwashing the children and teaching them how to live a "perfect" life without breaking any rules. They even find out that other countries are facing the same types of problems. These four teenagers try to tell their mothers and friends about what is going on but they simply deny it and say that the teenagers are suffering from some sort of depression since their fathers left so long ago. When they went to the cops, the cops would react with bitter replies and tell them not to make up such insanity; obviously they were in on what was going on. These few teens decide they have to find out what this "anonymous man" has been doing that cause all this but, in order to do it without getting caught, they have to be invisible to the government. They all pull these stunts that would make it seems as if they died. Their plans work and they make up new identities.
We don't need no thought control.
First thing I'd like to say - yes. This is based off Pink Floyd's song Another Brick In The Wall. This isn't based on the song (mostly cause I don't 100% know what it is about) - this is just a credit to the ever awesome KoRn cover of the song for giving me the idea. Now, we'll move onto the rules.
1) This is going to be a literate/slightly-advanced RP. That means as little mistakes in your post as possible (I know the odd typo is unavoidable), and at least 200/250 words per post. If you can't do that, maybe this RP isn't for you. If you have to, write your posts in a Word Document so you know you have enough words.
2) This also means you should know the basic rules of RP's - no godmodding/power playing, no Mary-Sues, etc.
3) This RP has the potential to go on for a bit, so let's try and make it last, and if you join, be committed! I know sometimes things crop up in our life, and we have to deal with it, but if you're going to be absent, try and inform me so other players aren't left waiting for you.
4) While what I've said up there is basically the main plot, any sub-plots are welcomed and encouraged - any ideas, drop me a line and we'll talk.
5) I hope to God I don't have to talk about literacy, don't you?
6) fuckshitpisscrapthingy -- swear all you like, I haven't got a problem with it. If swearing annoys you, we're not going to wrap you in cotton wool and say don't do it to the other players. Deal with it. However, try not to make the swearing too often, a'iight?
7) Character applications must be detailed and well-written. Any "will come out in the RP" crap will get you told "gtfo". Appearances will also require descriptions as well as/instead of pictures. While I don't mind drawings for the pictures, anime is out of the question, and if it's a drawing, don't have it be a fantasy thing, or have to say "but without the..." because that will also get you told "gtfo".
8) Have fun, sh'eah? Break any rules and I'll kick you out, but otherwise, have fun!
Goodbye, cruel world. I'm leaving you today.
